All information collected by Farmhouse Fabrics is used for our purposes only. We will not sell or publish any personal information or e-mail addresses to anyone for any reason. If you have questions regarding this policy, please contact us.
If you would like to receive samples of fabric before ordering, please send us a self-addressed stamped envelope and include the name, item (SKU) number, and description of the fabric that you would like along with your name, phone number and mailing address. Samples are limited to a maximum of seven.
We strive to be fair to our customers above all else. We charge actual cost plus $1.50 handling for all domestic and international orders. Our system automatically calculates your shipping cost based on the monetary value of your order. However, we always adjust shipping once the actual cost has been calculated.
International shipping costs are based on weight, bulk, and zones. Please email us once your order has been placed if you would like to know your shipping cost.
We ship most packages within 2 to 3 business days of receiving the order. This estimated time could be affected by holidays and inventory. If there is a delay for some reason, we will contact you by email.
All payment information is sent through a secure server which encrypts the information for your protection. We accept PayPal, American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. If you are not comfortable sending your credit card information on-line you have the option of sending us your order and then calling with your credit card information.
You also have the option of placing your order on-line and paying by check. If you choose this option, we will e-mail you your total including shipping. Please wait for our e-mail before sending your check. Your order will be processed once your check is received. We can not accept checks drawn on non-US banks. This includes Canadian banks. Orders paid for by check will take longer to receive.
Fabric, lace, ribbon, rick-rack, piping and any other merchandise cut and sold by the yard can not be returned except in the event of defective goods or a shipping error. No patterns or books may be returned.
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of your shipping date. All merchandise must be returned in original condition. There will be a 15% restocking fee applied to all returns. We can not credit shipping and handling charges. Please call or e-mail for approval before returning merchandise. No returns on sale, discounted or discontinued merchandise.
